Millstream's Share Certificates of Deposit (CDs) are another way for members to wisely invest their money. A CD account with Millstream will offer you a higher rate of return than a regular share savings account and dividends are paid quarterly.

Share Certificates of Deposit are available in a variety of terms including 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months. The minimum opening deposit for a CD is $500.00.

The interest rate earned on the CD is fixed for the term of the deposit.

We now have two minimum amounts for an opening deposit. The higher
 
the amount deposited the higher the rate.

We also have Minor Share Certificates - the rates are the same but the
 
minimum opening balance is half of the required opening balance for

our regular share certificates.

A member is considered a minor between the ages of 0 - 17 and must

have their own account set up.
