This site is asking for information such as:

First Name: Last Name: Email Address: Phone Number: Transaction Amount: Memo #: Additional Comments: "

Please do not give out your personal or financial information over the internet. Millstream will never ask you for your information via the internet or phone calls originated by the Credit Union.
