Millstream Area Credit Union lobbies have reopened, with limitations.
What to expect:
Drive-Thru to Remain Full-Service
Drive-thru lanes will continue to operate full-service and we encourage members to continue using the drive-thru as much as possible for transactions due to the limits that will be placed on the number of people allowed in the lobby at any one time.
A Limited Number of Members in the Lobbies
For the foreseeable future, social distancing protocols will require a limit to the number of members in line at each lobby. A notice with how many will be allowed in line at any one time will be available on the doors of each lobby entrance and floor decals will be in place to help direct members.
Plexiglass Shields at All Workstations
Temporary plexiglass shields have been installed at each teller workstation and in each office to help protect the health of both our members and our staff.
The Use of Masks
In accordance with protocols provided by the Governor's office, Millstream Area Credit Union staff will be wearing masks when working with members or in any common areas.
Members coming into the lobby will not be required to wear masks; however, those who choose to do so should be prepared to be asked to pull down the mask and/or answer some questions to ensure proper identification and security.
Hand Sanitizer Will be Available
Hand sanitizer will be available for incoming members to utilize and we encourage all to do so. We are asking members not to wear gloves and to utilize the hand sanitizer available for security reasons.
We would also like to continue to remind members to utilize the many ways that Millstream Area Credit Union makes banking convenient. These include:
• Audio Teller
• Online and Mobile Banking
• Remote loan closings with electronic signatures
• And more.
COVID-19 has disrupted our lives, but at Millstream Area Credit Union, we are committed to serving your financial needs and making that one less thing for you to worry about.
