Our Western Ave. Branch drive-thru has re-opened. All three branch locations remain drive-thru only and appointment only within the lobbies.
To Our Valued Members-
Yesterday we learned of two positive COVID-19 cases, with potentially more, among staff from our Western Ave branch. Those team members, as well as additional team members who had been deemed to be in close contact, will all be quarantined until cleared to return by a health professional. Unfortunately, we have confirmed another positive case this morning among the group deemed to be in close contact.
Due to these positive cases the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors have made the very difficult decision to close the Western Ave. branch for the remainder of this week to allow for a thorough cleaning of the branch and ensure the safety of our members and team.
The drive-thru at the Western Ave branch will re-open Monday, December 7 at 8:30 a.m. We apologize for this inconvenience, but this unprecedented step was taken out of an abundance of caution and with the health and safety of our members and team in mind.
Thankfully, our new branch was opened earlier this year at 1650 Fostoria Ave. in Findlay and features three active drive-thru lanes and a dedicated ATM lane for added convenience. This branch is staffed and ready to serve the needs of our members via the drive-thru or in the lobby by appointment only.
Like you, we are looking forward to getting past this and back to being fully open for our members. Until that can happen safely, your understanding is appreciated.

As you are aware, the spread of the coronavirus has increased in recent weeks and continues to impact us all in many ways.
Today, with the support of the Board of Directors, we have made the tough decision to close our lobbies effective tomorrow, Tuesday, December 1st. We apologize for the short notice; however, it became evident this morning that this is a necessary step as we continue to keep the health and safety of our staff and members at the forefront of our decision-making process.
Just as in the spring, our drive-thrus at both Findlay branches and our North Baltimore branch will be full-service. ATMs will be maintained, fully stocked, and available 24/7 at our branch locations. You can visit our website to see other offsite and fee-free ATM locations. The loan department will remain open and the loan staff is available to speak with you over the phone regarding your lending and payment needs. Thankfully, we have introduced e-signatures in recent years and this year have expanded their use for more member convenience. We will make every effort to assist you by phone; however, services which we will not be able to complete over the phone can be accommodated by appointment.
Keep in mind that Millstream Area Credit Union can be with you wherever you go via our Audio Teller system or our online and mobile banking options, available 24/7 for members to check balances, transfer funds, make payments, and much more.
Thank you for your support and understanding. Only together can we overcome this pandemic and begin to return to some sense of normalcy. To protect the health and safety of both our members and staff, our North Baltimore lobby will be operating by appointment only from 2 - 5 PM daily effective Monday, November 30th, 2020. To continue to provide the most convenient service, our Drive-Thrus will remain full service or, you can visit us at either of our Findlay branches for any additional assistance.

In response to the revised mask order put into effect by Governor Mike DeWine yesterday, members will be asked to wear a face-covering when entering any of our branches. Members unable to wear face coverings for medical reasons or those who choose not to are kindly asked to utilize any of our full-service drive-thrus to best comply with the mandate.
